These projects involved the development of case studies for MLA Supply Chain Management Program. The case studies are designed to communicate the achievements of successful supply chains and the practical application of new technologies and systems.

• Electronic meat transfer certificate (eMTC) at Nolan Meats
• Abattoir sheep carcase tracking system at Hillside Meats
• GS1 integration along the meat supply chain at Nolan Meats
