Sizzle Steak is a process of refrigerating and cutting meat into thin slices that be cooked in under a minute. Thin Sliced Technology product can be used in stir frys, steak sandwiches, flash frying and a number of other meals.

The Sizzle Steak was developed by Beak and Johnston in collaboration with MLA.
Significant technical issues related to tempering, moulding and high speed slicing and packing were overcome in production at large scale with uniform size and weight and maintained bloom during the shelf life required in supermarket distribution.
